Only in special circumstances do I require you to ship the item back to me.
I find it a huge waste of time money and effort for you to ship a broken item back to me.
I find that if you send me pictures of the broken item along with any damage to the box is more than enough proof for me.
However I do reserve the right to ask you to ship the item back to me.
With PICTURE proof of damaged item or the return of the item, I will either replace the item or give you store credit depending on the circumstances
