I DON’T SHIP ON WEEKENDS ANY LONGER
You are more than welcome to pick up any items bought from me instead of shipping them
I like to ship with UPS because they are known to refund if there is any damage
I use to ship with DHL because they were MUCH cheaper than UPS & way cheaper than USPS. However they don’t refund ANY of the shipping fees and they kept billing me for OVERNIGHT EXPRESS when I only ship GROUND. Then instead of correcting the bill and send you the right bill they sent it to a collection agency. THAT’S A TON OF PAPERWORK AND TIME! Also almost everything got broken. EVEN books that I shipped were damaged no matter how I packed them.
I tried to set up an account with FedEx and they kept taking the money out of my bank account to set up the account. But they kept telling me it was an invalid account. So I can ship with them but the shipping is delayed as I have to drive to the nearest place and I live in the middle of no place, as for there refund policy I have no idea as I have never had to file a claim.
I do also ship with USPS but they don’t like to give refunds at all no matter how well I pack it.
WITH PICTURE PROOF OF BROKEN ITEM I WILL EITHER GIVE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACE THE ITEM DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES
